Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Adaptive Planning Software Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the inside sales capability
- Provide sales development leadership
- Be a trusted advisor for our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Significant experience in working in the HCM industry
- Understanding of the HCM market including knowledge of the competition.
- 3 - 5 years of commercial IT Services experience within a telemarketing sales environment
- Prior experience in inside sales or sales development or a background
- Demonstratable experience in building early stage pipeline
- An expert in consultative selling methodologies
