Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Adaptive Planning Software Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the inside sales capability
  • Provide sales development leadership
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Significant experience in working in the HCM industry
  • Understanding of the HCM market including knowledge of the competition.
  • 3 - 5 years of commercial IT Services experience within a telemarketing sales environment
  • Prior experience in inside sales or sales development or a background
  • Demonstratable experience in building early stage pipeline
  • An expert in consultative selling methodologies
