Job Summary
A manufacturer of electric vehicles has a current position open for a Remote ADAS and Engineering Contract Senior Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own the full cycle recruiting process by sourcing viable candidates, interviewing and closing candidates
- Implement a structured interview process for each role
- Work in partnership with leadership to determine headcount, priority hiring and cultural fit
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of total recruiting experience
- Ability to perform high volume hiring, prioritization, and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
- Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships internally and externally
- Effective communication skills
