Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Baltimore.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting and assisting patients virtually, who are starting Buprenorphine/Naloxone treatment
- Checking in with patients during their first 10 days of treatment to ensure a smooth transition
- Collaborating with the care team to lead comprehensive quality care for patients and inspire them
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in your home state
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states
- Current active, unencumbered DATA 2000 Waiver to allow for prescribing MAT
- At least 2 years of Buprenorphine prescribing experience
- Proven strong communication and diagnostic skills
- Ability to check in with patients during their first 10 days of treatment to ensure a smooth transition
