Job Summary
A wellness organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Addiction Recovery Care Navigator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of quality, member-centered care
- Maintaining knowledge of available insurance, healthcare, and social service resources in the community
- Participating in ongoing continuing education as required to maintain certification or licensure
Position Requirements Include:
- An Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in social or human services
- One year of experience in a social service or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
- Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) certification preferred
