Remote Adjunct Faculty for Undergraduate Human Services

Job Summary

A company is seeking a remote Adjunct Faculty member for their Undergraduate Human Services program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a supportive learning environment and teaching synchronous or asynchronous seminars
• Maintaining virtual office hours and ensuring timely management of electronic correspondence
• Engaging students in relevant discussion and coursework, and partnering with Academic Advisors to address student concerns

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Master's degree plus 18 graduate credit hours in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or Psychology
• Experience working in the field of human services
• At least one year of related practical/professional experience and/or training. Online higher education teaching experience is preferred
• Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and Zoom meeting technology. Experience with Brightspace education software is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
