A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Adjustments and Refunds Quality Assurance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing quality review and edits to assure adjustments, rebills and refunds are completed accurately
- Making procedure recommendations and updates procedure documents for optimal performance
- Communicating and working with cross-functional departments to identify potential risks and solutions for performance improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience related to health care revenue cycle management
- Knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance billing and documentation guidelines
- Effective professional communication skills with strong oral, written, and persuasive abilities
