Job Summary

A provider of outsourced business solutions has a current position open for a Remote Admin Specialist in Boise.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Taking control and responsibility when involved with projects
  • Handling clientele needs, both on the phone and in email correspondence
  • Providing directions to one of our clients' offices

Required Skills:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with, or an ability to learn common office software, CRM systems, and communication platforms
  • Experience in a call center environment and/or experience with outbound calls
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments
