Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Administration and Compliance Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a new business line reporting to the Head of Capital Markets
- Building and managing JSQ Securities, LLC, our soon-to-be formed broker-dealer
- Managing contract negotiation, fee administration, quota setting and revenue forecasting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years managing a broker-dealer platform or 12+ years of fund management experience
- Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63
- Prior industry experience in alternative investments and private placement
- Ability to navigate compliance and regulatory requirements, and successfully manage relationships
- Experience building teams and successfully coaching and managing people to achieve performance goals
- Successful track record of exceeding revenue-based outcomes to meet quotas
