Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Administration Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a global team of administrative assistants
• Support and interact with senior/executive management
• Interface with other administrative assistants to share and coordinate workload

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years experience in office management, administrative support and/or related experiences
• Ability to manage and lead a global team effectively
• Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Experience in managing a departmental budget
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
