Job Summary
Job Purpose:
Assist the owner in setting up and managing a new tutor/student management software, operating behind the scenes to help systems run efficiently and effectively. This may include research and implementation of processes and applications to ensure ease of operation. Support the efforts of the tutors, providing updated materials and ensuring systems are running smoothly. Oversee basic social media and website updates. Ensure client satisfaction.

Hours: 20 hours/month to start
Duties and responsibilities:
Administrative - client intake, schedule students, track tutor progress, client follow-up, invoicing/billing, etc.
Digital Marketing - update website, post social media, track SEO, occasional graphic design
General Tasks - update tutor support materials, implement business tools, research best practices, create and keep standard operating procedures updated
Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills, very strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Some experience with digital marketing. This position requires a team player who has served as an administrative assistant in the past and can help guide the organization in reaching the next level. Background in education preferred.

Google Suite/Microsoft Office
Tutor Management Software or CRM
WordPress or other website platforms
Working conditions:
Remote position. Available 9am-5pm.
