A provider of online shopping concierge services has an open position for a Remote Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing operational improvements
- Managing external requests
- Helping define new organizational strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years administrative / sales support experience
- Highly proficient with Google suite
- Ability to provide a variety of administrative and operational support
- Ability to assist with list building, outreach, and CRM management for client outreach
- Ability to organize, track, and manage finances, including invoices, receipts, and expenses
