Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing routine administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to directly assisting the Partner group and HR team
- Scheduling meetings and appointments and assisting with Partner time and expense reporting
- Organizing and managing files and email inquiries, and other organizational tasks as requested
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Proficient computer skills including Gmail, Calendars, Google Drive tools such as Sheets and Docs, etc
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working independently and remotely
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness in completing tasks
