Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Administrative Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond in an accurate, timely & compassionate manner to phone & email inquiries from groups, individuals, donors, board members, etc
- Track federal and state legislation and regulations related to wireless products, technology and infrastructure
- Create, revise, post and track messages for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree
- Work experience includes experience at non-profit environmental organizations
- Active social media user with experience building non-profit profiles
- Excellent oral & written communication skills, interpersonal skills & problem-solving, including public speaking and presentations
- Excellent database management skills & attention to detail: proficiency with Microsoft Office
