Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency has a current position open for a Remote Administrative Assistant in Cincinnati.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Plan and organize team events
- Support operations of business finances, including tracking payments, invoices, and expenses
- Assist Founder with scheduling, logistics, and other items as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position will start as 100% remote during COVID19 lockdown, but will transition to 2 days working remotely/3 day in office in the future
- Based in Cincinnati, OH
- Prior experience acting as an Executive Assistant, in an Operations, or in a People role
- Comfort working independently with ambiguity and a “figure it out” attitude
