Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
- Prepare bills and take payments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
- Prior Secretary, Assistant, or Administrative Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Multi-Tasker Professional with Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Great Time Management Skills
