Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant in the Richmond Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enter critical data from the loan documents into the loan origination system
- Request any relevant documents that are missing from the loan file
- Access external websites to validate certain information in loan file
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Require going onsite once or twice and picking up equipment before being 100% remote
- Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some familiarity with mortgage documentation is required
- Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
