Job Summary

A travel services company has a current position open for a Remote Administrative Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Correspond with customers via email and phone about database additions and more
  • Assist Marketing Department in curation of flyers, cheat sheets and assets
  • Create scheduling and internal and client facing presentations

Qualifications Include:

  • 3- 5 years in an administrative support position
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred, or appropriate years of education/experience
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Intermediate skills with MS Excel and database management
