Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Administrative Customer Service Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contact patients to schedule a variety of medical and dental services
  • Conduct patient calls related to health assessment processing
  • Engage callers with confidentiality and care

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience, prior military or call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant software, application, and equipment; MedNet and web portal proficiency preferred
  • National Career Readiness Certificate preferred
  • Strong PC navigation skills including Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
