Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Administrative Customer Service Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact patients to schedule a variety of medical and dental services
- Conduct patient calls related to health assessment processing
- Engage callers with confidentiality and care
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience, prior military or call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of relevant software, application, and equipment; MedNet and web portal proficiency preferred
- National Career Readiness Certificate preferred
- Strong PC navigation skills including Microsoft Office
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
