Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty - Global Campus in the Department of Administrative Management Professions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring high-quality online instruction
• Develop and improve course materials and innovative teaching practices in collaboration with instructional designers
• Participate in department meetings and support accreditation and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Earned Master's degree in a field related to Business Administration
• For Doctoral Faculty: Earned doctorate in a related discipline with qualitative or quantitative research experience
• At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
• Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, particularly in virtual environments
• Commitment to a student-centered Culture of Care and proactive student support
