A pharmaceutical staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Administrative Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator.

  • Managing and/or Balancing Outlook Calendars
  • Creating and maintaining minutes from R&D management meetings
  • Supporting document collaboration and release through AGILE Document Control System

Required Skills:

  • Education Required: 2 year / Associates degree
  • Typically requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to schedule meetings requiring a wide number of stakeholders (5-10)
  • May require interacting with external professionals / physicians
  • Good attention to detail, document record keeping, traceability information
  • Solid communication practices, effective communicator via email
