A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Administrative Planning and Operations Partner Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of individual contributors (AP&O Partners) across multiple time zones
- Maintaining comprehensive understanding of Admin-related priorities and intricacies across the Company
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal to Admin Programs Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS
- 4+ years of work experience in project or program management
- 4+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience drafting communications for multiple global client groups
- Experience problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
