Job Summary

A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Administrative Planning and Operations Partner Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of individual contributors (AP&O Partners) across multiple time zones
  • Maintaining comprehensive understanding of Admin-related priorities and intricacies across the Company
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal to Admin Programs Team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS
  • 4+ years of work experience in project or program management
  • 4+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience drafting communications for multiple global client groups
  • Experience problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
