A full-service maintenance company is seeking a Remote Administrative Professional in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc)
- Conducting High Volume calling and data management
- Utilizing Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
- Good track record of employment
- Good phone personality
- Extremely computer savvy
