Remote Administrator on Call

Job Summary

To support life-saving efforts, the full-time Remote Administrator on Call will oversee donor assessment and recovery activities, ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with medical professionals in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Referral Coordinator to optimize support and service for referring hospitals
• Maintains oversight of active donors and referrals, ensuring proper communication with legal-next-of-kin
• Provides real-time guidance to staff on clinical management and organ allocation to maximize donation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in management or AOC
• Minimum of three years' experience as a procurement organization clinical coordinator or two years in management and/or AOC
• Advanced knowledge of human anatomy, medical terminology, and organ perfusion
• Current knowledge of LifeLink and OPTN policies, CMS regulations, and relevant laws
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, emotionally demanding environment
