A college admissions counseling company has a current position open for a Remote Admissions Counseling Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email and social media
  • Respond to inbound tickets with urgency and in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain client accounts

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer support role
