Job Summary
A professional training and coaching company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Admissions Director in Bellevue.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responsible for the success of the team, and ensuring the team hit’s their revenue/enrollment goals
- Be proactive, strategic, and creative when it comes to new ideas in making the admissions process better
- Work alongside the VP of Marketing and Sales when it comes to new process implementations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with managing a team, working with cross functional teams, and working with new tools, technologies, and processes
- Preferred experience with using Google docs, Slack, and Hubspot
- The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline
- Have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize
- Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done
- Draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships
