Job Summary

A photography website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Adobe Lightroom Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customer support for photography courses
  • Attend one team meeting and two one-on-one check-ins each month via video call
  • Moderate social media

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic knowledge of photography, specifically manual mode and editing
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Lightroom
  • Reliable computer with the ability to run multiple programs efficiently
  • High speed Internet access
  • Mobile device with the ability to run apps smoothly
  • Ability to work weekday morning, weekend daytime and evenings
