• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience managing full cycle recruitment of technical talent within the Adobe space
• Demonstrated success leading a team, managing KPIs, and driving overall recruiting strategy
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize and analyze external market data
• Experience working with senior leadership to define hiring best practices
• Strong client facing capabilities - personable and credible, with experience leading complex searches
• Clear and crisp communication skills to attract and assess top talent, especially passive candidates
