Job Summary
An employee health and well being firm is seeking a Remote ADP Workforce Now HRIS Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the administration, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now
- Identify, institutionalize and drive process for accurate and timely reporting of all data, transactional audit and improved use of technology for efficiencies
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies and reconciliation processes for all provider services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have current, relavent expereince with HRIS "ADP WorkForce Now"
- Understanding of data recording and analysis
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills
- Experience in handling inquiries and concerns and delivering heartfelt service
- Ability to effectively use MS Office applications, including intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
