Job Summary
An internet news and content sharing website has an open position for a Remote Ads Prediction Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building an ML platform for Ads that can scale with our ads business over the next several years
- Owning the execution of your team’s roadmap and be accountable for consistent, predictable delivery
- Identifying risks and proactively communicate them both internally and externally
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience building and leading machine learning teams
- 5+ years of experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple ideas depending on the audience
- Experience with machine learning, big data and streaming data approaches in large data scale organizations
- Experience with building metrics-driven machine learning functions
- Ability to scale up their teams to identify your team’s needs, write job descriptions, source, interview, and help close candidates
