Job Summary
A B2B event and media company has an open position for a Remote Adtech Customer Success Manager in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Orchestrating overall relationship with assigned clients
- Being a product and industry expert
- Advocating client needs/issues cross-departmentally and program-manage customer concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage customers
- Extensive experience of post-sales account management or existing account growth experience
- Strong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their success as your own
- Excellent in business, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate enterprise organizations' political landscape to develop and expand relationships at all levels
- General knowledge of software applications i.e. Asana Salesforce,, etc
