Job Summary
A non-profit behavioral and social science research organization has a current position open for a Remote Adult Education Technical Assistance Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Translating research and best practices into policy development and TA implementation tools and materials
- Creating high-level action plans to implement TA solutions
- Overseeing the development of implementation guides, tutorials, train-the-trainer guides and other “how to” materials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master’s degree in education or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in adult education and workforce/career pathways programming
- 3 years of experience in the development and delivery of professional development and TA and project/program management
- Ability to engage professionally with a large number of stakeholders including AIR staff, consultant facilitators, clients and event participants
- Ability to coordinate and execute complex tasks and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks
- Proficiency and experience developing online professional development events and training
