An education management company is in need of a Remote Adult Learner Recruitment Operations Managing Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, developing and managing scalable operations strategy
• Supporting strategic planning to help drive to milestones
• Applying project and change management concepts and tools

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years' relevant work experience with increasing career progression
• and roles of responsibility in marketing strategy and/or marketing operations
• 3+ years' progressive leadership/management experience
• Ability to align marketing operations and infrastructure to achieve company strategy
• Ability to work collaboratively across an organization and produce innovative solutions
