An education management company is in need of a Remote Adult Learner Recruitment Operations Managing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing and managing scalable operations strategy
- Supporting strategic planning to help drive to milestones
- Applying project and change management concepts and tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years' relevant work experience with increasing career progression
- and roles of responsibility in marketing strategy and/or marketing operations
- 3+ years' progressive leadership/management experience
- Ability to align marketing operations and infrastructure to achieve company strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively across an organization and produce innovative solutions
