A company that transforms underperforming schools is in need of a Remote Adult Learning Program Implementation Executive Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Formulating and executing a growth strategy
• Ensuring that we are both meeting their needs and delivering on our commitment
• Overseeing the integrated design and quality implementation of all programs

• Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
• Belief that every student can achieve the highest levels of academic excellence
• Proven record of success supporting adult learning
• Solid understanding of adult leadership development and program design
• Excellent communications, relationship management, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and execution skills
