Job Summary

A retail pet care e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Adult Nutrition Sourcing and Supplier Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading discussions and continuous improvement activities to meet H&H's evolving sustainability objectives
  • Building strategic relationships with our key suppliers aligned around core priorities
  • Reviewing the Review performance metrics and lead documented initiatives to improve ongoing performance for key suppliers

Required Skills:

  • Technical Degree (Life Sciences; Science; Engineering; Pharmacy)
  • Commercial experience in managing costs (product; project; cost centre)
  • Experience in the Sourcing/Procurement of raw materials and finished product
  • Experience in Gummy manufacturing or sourcing would be a significant benefit
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment in Nutraceutical; Cosmetic; Pharmaceutical; Foods or FMCG
