Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Advanced Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Sending letters to patients when contact cannot be made
• Consistently answering emails concerning patients’ needs
• Following through on emails/phone calls until patient is taken care of

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, or similar
• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office application
• Solid ability to learn new technologies
