Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Advanced Compensation Technology Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Evaluating and analyzing business needs and requirements
  • Translating technical requirements into business solutions
  • Advising on best practices

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have had Workday certification in Advanced Compensation within the last 3 years
  • Successfully completed post-production projects within the Workday ecosystem
  • Working knowledge and language in Human Resources, Compensation, and Performance Management
  • Proven track record of collaborating with customers to ensure consistency with strategic direction
  • Experience working with Advanced Compensation features in Workday
