A science and technology manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Advanced Imaging Applications Scientist in Exton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing product, application and software support
- Triaging technical problems during customer calls
- Documenting and routing support issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- BA/BS in an engineering or computer science discipline
- 2 years experience in a research, quality-control or production environment
- Familiarity with microscopy (confocal/widefield) and metrology applications and equipment
- High level of computer proficiency with troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience in a customer-facing support role
