A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Advanced Level Bio Tech Customer Service Manager in Lexington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with patient/family to case manage all steps required to gain access to therapy
  • Acting as the liaison with medical offices
  • Performing benefit investigations with insurance companies

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to sales meetings and medical offices as necessary
  • Prior reimbursement experience with ability to communicate complex reimbursement scenarios
  • Individual must possess and portray strong emotional resilience
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Bachelors
