Job Summary

A privately-held digital media company is seeking a Remote Advanced Publishing Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve publisher issues of moderate to high complexity
  • Educate our publishers and Technical Support team on technical concepts
  • Create and update support documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-3 years experience in web/browser fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, jQuery or vanilla JavaScript
  • Front End Web Development history required
  • Ability to translate highly technical/complex information into digestible solutions for non-technical consumers
  • Extensive experience with Content Management Platforms (most sites we work with are built on WordPress)
  • Experience troubleshooting issues using Chrome Dev tools (or FireFox) and local testing (be prepared to demo these skills live)
