Job Summary

A healthcare products provider has an open position for a Remote Advanced Sterilization Products Field Service Engineer 1 in San Jose.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver customer-focused high value business solutions that drive customer loyalty
• Schedule and perform installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of ASP systems
• Provide support to customers related to emergency service

Required Skills:

• Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time
• High School diploma with 5+ years professional work or Associates’ Degree with 3+ years related work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a Field Service environment
• Valid Drivers license is required
• On-call responsibilities including weekend call coverage on a rotating basis
