Remote Advanced Surgery Senior Medical Device Director

Job Summary

A medical device manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Advanced Surgery Senior Medical Device Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide key medical affairs talent to the GBU, EMEA and APAC regions
• Be responsible for representing the company with regulatory and legislative agencies
• Develop and manage budgets within scope of responsibility

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Medical Doctor with board-eligibility or board-certification in surgery or surgical sub-specialt
• At least 8 years of medical device industry and med tech experience
• Minimum 5 years strategic and technical management experience
• Must have working experience including clinical experience with patient interaction after completion of medical education
• Broad understanding of the regulatory and healthcare environment, particularly in the US and understanding of EU MDR
