Job Summary
A telecommunication software company is in need of a Remote Advanced Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide high-level technical expertise via the telephone, web, email or at the customer site
- Support applications being integrated
- Understandf networking technologies and protocols
Position Requirements Include:
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack platform (or similar)
- Knowledge and experience with computers/servers, operating systems and databases
- Hands-on expertise with virtualization environments
- Customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of SDN controllers (or similar)
