Job Summary

A telecommunication software company is in need of a Remote Advanced Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide high-level technical expertise via the telephone, web, email or at the customer site
  • Support applications being integrated
  • Understandf networking technologies and protocols

Position Requirements Include:

  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Hands-on experience with OpenStack platform (or similar)
  • Knowledge and experience with computers/servers, operating systems and databases
  • Hands-on expertise with virtualization environments
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Knowledge of SDN controllers (or similar)
