Providing mentoring and informal training to peers
Providing Level 2 & Level 3 support of Legacy and Softswitch Technologies

Skills and Requirements Include:

2+ years experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
Associate degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
Strong IP routing experience (Cisco)
Strong in VoIP Architectures and Protocols and practical application
