Job Summary

A telecom company is seeking a Remote Advanced Technical Support Senior Network Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing Level 2 & Level 3 support of the company's Voice Network
  • Providing mentoring and informal training to peers as well as Level I technical teams
  • Providing consultative support for internal planning and engineering teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree –OR- 4+ years professional work experience
  • 6+ years experience in Voice/Data/Video networking
  • Strong IP routing experience (Cisco)
  • Proven track record working with leading unified communication systems like Metaswitch
  • Strong Network Translations experience
  • Strong in VoIP Architectures and Protocols and practical application
