Job Summary
A developer of biopharmaceutical products is seeking a Remote Advanced Therapies Sales Manager .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading the execution of the sales strategy for the Advanced Therapies Segment
- Negotiating strategic customer engagement agreements
- Monitoring progress of the pipeline and take appropriate actions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors Degree or higher education
- 2+ years of strong experience in a sales management role in biopharma including experience in value based selling
- 5+ years of experience selling into biopharma - with cell and gene therapy sales
- Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and technical experts
- Strategic sales and large account management experience
- Strong team player and relationship builder
