Remote Advancing Girls Fund Development Manager

Job Summary

A non-profit social justice organization is seeking a Remote Advancing Girls Fund Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support the development of fund development priorities and frameworks
• Design and execute effective multi-year fundraising strategy with an annual target of approximately $20-25 million
• Create and execute solicitation strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2-4 years' experience in women and girls grantmaking and / or advocacy
• BA/BS or higher degree, or equivalent experience may be substituted for a college degree
• 7 - 10 years of demonstrated fundraising experience working in the philanthropy and/or nonprofit sector
• Demonstrated commitment to and experience in progressive social change through women and girls initiatives
• Deep understanding of and connection to community level needs in the adolescent and young women of color space
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
