Job Summary

A non-profit social justice organization is seeking a Remote Advancing Girls Fund Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Support the development of fund development priorities and frameworks
Design and execute effective multi-year fundraising strategy with an annual target of approximately $20-25 million
Create and execute solicitation strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

2-4 years' experience in women and girls grantmaking and / or advocacy
BA/BS or higher degree, or equivalent experience may be substituted for a college degree
7 - 10 years of demonstrated fundraising experience working in the philanthropy and/or nonprofit sector
Demonstrated commitment to and experience in progressive social change through women and girls initiatives
Deep understanding of and connection to community level needs in the adolescent and young women of color space
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
