Job Summary
A non-profit social justice organization is seeking a Remote Advancing Girls Fund Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the development of fund development priorities and frameworks
- Design and execute effective multi-year fundraising strategy with an annual target of approximately $20-25 million
- Create and execute solicitation strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years' experience in women and girls grantmaking and / or advocacy
- BA/BS or higher degree, or equivalent experience may be substituted for a college degree
- 7 - 10 years of demonstrated fundraising experience working in the philanthropy and/or nonprofit sector
- Demonstrated commitment to and experience in progressive social change through women and girls initiatives
- Deep understanding of and connection to community level needs in the adolescent and young women of color space
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
