Job Summary

A crowd-sourced review platform has an open position for a Remote Advertising Corporate Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Focus on supporting company’s sales and revenue operations, requiring a deep understanding of company’s ad products and sales processes
• Draft and negotiate ad agreements for local, mid-market and national clients
• Craft incentive compensation programs, and help to identify and mitigate legal and business risks associated with company’s sales and revenue operations

Position Requirements Include:

• JD, from top law school with bar admission in good standing
• 4-6 years’ experience at a big firm and/or in-house with commercial contracts
• Demonstrated keen understanding of privacy issues in the advertising context
• Good grounding in digital advertising, familiarity with IAB standards
• Deep commercial contracts experience in both big and small stakes settings
• Demonstrated understanding of the ins and outs of the agreements they negotiate with a keen sense for balancing revenue and risk
