An advertising company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Advertising Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being the customers’ first and primary point of contact
• Working with clients from initial onboarding and throughout the remainder of their lifecycle
• Ensuring smooth onboarding to the product

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
• 3+ years experience working in a SaaS customer-facing role
• Proficiency in Excel or other equivalent analytical tools
• Strong track record of learning new tools and technologies
