Job Summary
An advertising technology company has an open position for a Remote Advertising Technology Accounts Payable Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing AP workflow, including the processing of payables transactions
- Reviewing/inputing invoices and other transactions with accuracy, proper coding and documentation, alignment to company policies, etc
- Verifying the accuracy of vendor information, including W-9 adherence, contact address and payment information
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of accounting experience with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in Netsuite or similar accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
- Ability to work well under deadlines and impeccable attention to detail
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills, including proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
