Job Summary
An entertainment technology company is seeking a Remote Advertising Technology Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and management support
- Guiding and facilitating engineering technology architecture decisions for product development
- Advocating for and support better development practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experienced with leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
- Understanding of development practices across client and backend platforms
- You follow modern engineering practices and ideally
- understanding of quality and testing best practices and frameworks
- Experience facilitating delivery of large scale initiatives involving more than one teams or technologies
